Maxi Skirt ala F21

Hello everyone~

I'd like to share my sewing project that I started today. I have this F21 maxi skirt that I fell in love with and costs around Php1,400+ (I can't remember the exact amount). I love it so much that I made myself one out of my extra fabrics (fashion design students have tons of extra fabrics that we usually hoard from Taytay). I was in a hurry too excited to finish it, I picked the wrong fabric for the 2nd tier. We were like fitting it and Kim (my super funny friend) noticed that it's kinda long and high waisted (see first picture).

So I had to unpick the 2nd tier from the skirt, which is attached to the 1st and 3rd tier. It took me an hour to unpick the whole thing which made me not eat my dinner on time. But it's all good I was able to fix everything in the next hour. Here's the picture of my Maxi skirt still missing the waistband.
