RTW dress on the left was inspired by the couture gown on the right.

One of the exercises we need to master in this class. This is called collage, where in you try to create  the clothes on your sketches with the materials available around. Anything but plain watercolor or markers.

The secret to create one is a strong glue, sharp scissors, fun & creativity.

Imagine all those creative innovations made by the Japanese showered all over this store called SAIZEN. We had a mini shopping party event last April 22nd at Saizen Trinoma, and I can't believe how complete and really kawaii this store is!

I love fresh sheets! Who wouldn't right? Those sweet scent of fabric conditioner, and soft, smooth silky feel of it makes me wanna crawl back to bed whenever I'm changing my sheets! I've been a fan of these kinds of spray ever since I was able to have my own place. I change my sheets every 2 weeks and honestly the scent of my fabric conditioner doesn't last that long. So what's the best way to freshen up our bed, sofa and curtains in a flash? The best solution I've got is linen sprays! It's like your linen's cologne.

Hello mah dahlin' Tarties!

I'm still alive and enjoying this holiday season the the fullest! I have been MIA since the first of this month due to some family matters. Nothing really serious happened, it's just that my sister is home for Christmas! I know you'll understand why I took more than a month long hiatus if I tell you that, I haven't seen her in 10 years!

In fashion school, the next good thing from having couture garments would be stretch fabrics. Why? Because of it's ability to stretch itself and it hugs your body like it was patterned at your size. And of course it looks good because it fits perfectly at any size. I discovered the brand GET LAUd back in the days when I just had a little budget for clothing (college days). I find their line affordable and fashionable at the same time. I love how they also cater to plus size women that won't do a serious damage on your  budget. They just don't offer stretched garments on their collection, you'd find a wide array of different designs, fabrics, styles and colors to choose from. As a plus size lady, it's very hard to find a store that caters to your curves and still be fashionable, affordable with a superb quality that goes with every garment they produce.
